Worst Sheetz location. Doesn’t clean blender between milkshakes. I ordered four milkshakes only one with banana and two of the other three had an overpowering artificial banana flavor too. I was in the store and didn’t see them clean blenders at all when there. They should use real banana not that nasty fake stuff and clean their blender 🤮

I like Sheetz usually, Clean and a good environment. But today I decided to order from the kiosk which I do every so often, I got a MTO burger and a few other items… Anyways I opened it up and took a bite just to find what looks to be a part of a cheese wrapper inside my food. I can only say but I’m highly unsatisfied and very disappointed for the price of these food items costing what they do I’d expect the food to not be hazardous. Just this alone makes me wonder what else goes on behind the food counter. If this was your food that you paid for you’d expect it to be just like it’s displayed and without a piece of plastic / paper inside of it. I think after this I won’t be getting food items from this location that’s supposed to be decent. I’d give it a 1 star but I’m not that petty.

Theres a younger girl with a bunch of acne that works here and she treated me like I was stupid when I walked in will not be coming back to this Sheetz for a while

Asked cashier french vanilla was out she communicated with team, i waited good min but no one came an change it, only thing that bothered me was there was like 6 employees around but no one took initiative to help out :(

I was hungry for a hamburger passing by, so I decided to give it a try here at Sheetz. Unless I was starving, I wouldn’t eat here at least not a hamburger. I eat my hamburgers without an ultra processed bun , without corn syrup sweetened ketchup, ultra processed seed oil based mayonnaise. This actually helps me judge taste of the meat and this didn’t taste like meat. I ordered it with an egg on top and that sure didn’t taste like an egg either. Good place to get gasoline or some beer.

This sheetz always gives the best service you can ask for, any problem I have (which is very rare) with food, they immediately take action and do anything they can to make sure your experience is great. I have to mention Lana specifically as she always has a smile and goes beyond what is "standard" customer service. Whenever she is there, you can count on the kitchen running super quickly and efficiently and seems to always prepare the best food under her supervision. All around one of the best places I visit regularly and always gets me come back knowing they do more than the best!
