“My husband and I bring packages to this location (dropped in the blue box) pretty much every day. Last week, we dropped one without a label by mistake. We assumed it might be discarded, but surprisingly, an individual took extra effort to ensure the package got back to us. This act was truly remarkable, and we're incredibly grateful for it. I don't remember seeing a name on the post it note but thank you so much for doing that.”

I didnt get my problem solved but it wasn't his fault, I did get more info from him then from anywhere on the web. Heros work there and this is the type of people you'd want to hire. The man that i spoke to regards of my mail was very nice even gave me a number to contact if i didnt receive my mail. The piece of mail i was waitng for came the next day.
