“I typically would not buy a vehicle from a small independent dealership. However, Community Auto Sales is not typical. Firstly, Sam and his wife own and operate the business themselves. Secondly, Sam posts the CarFax with each vehicle! The prices are fair with reasonable doc fees. The service with registration and tag was excellent. I bought an F-150. If Sam has another vehicle that I am interested in, I will go see him.”
“Larry, Clay and the service tech team are straight up and do great work. I brought my 1970 Monte Carlo in for a tune-up, AC troubleshooting, and some minor repairs. It's all original and was running rough. After they took a look they provided a detailed quote on what would be needed. They treated the car like it was their own while in the shop. Now she is running nice and keeping me cool when cruising in this heat. Bonus, 20% bump in mpg after the tune-up. Highly recommend these guys.”

“I bought the car with low tire pressure on one tire and it wasn’t cleaned properly. I brought it back 6 days later to get a new tire. They reimbursed me for having the car cleaned as well. Although the problems weren’t fixed before I picked up the vehicle, they made it right. I am happy 9 days in with my new car!!”

Reading through some of the reviews, I can understand the frustration of discovering surprise issues, but: you must do your homework when buying used cars. He cannot babysit every car on the lot, and just because you discover an issue after buying, does not necessarily mean that the seller was hiding it from you.
Research the car's common problems at that particular mileage, take it for a test drive, note down the symptoms. THEN, decide if you want to buy it.”

“Professionalism is the word that comes to mind. They were outstanding. I found my dream car, not only did Vanessa drop the price $1,000 but she waited patiently for days while I got all my ducks in a row, not complaining a single time. Came to get my car today, and with my wife and two year old son, she (and her lovely mother), was very patient with us while we called our bank and insurance and even managed to help other people in the process. They kept apologizing for it (which was completely unnecessary) and was just the epitome of professional.
