I found my dream car, not only did Vanessa drop the price $1,000 but she waited patiently for days while I got all my ducks in a row, not complaining a single time. Came to get my car today, and with my wife and two year old son, she (and her lovely mother), was very patient with us while we called our bank and insurance and even managed to help other people in the process. “It is a sell "as is" buisness.When you buy from the lot the owner warrants no repairs, so you are even lucky he decided to help anyway. Buy here pay here thats what the sign says. When you buy something as is you always want to get it inspected or just learn to make your own judgement if you know ac don't work don't buy the car buy another. Or you could always go elsewhere. There are good quality cars there , and if you need one with ac find it.Mr. Reel is a older very busy man and is very honest and blunt. He more than likely told you he would take a look at it and try to fix it when he told you he could not repair it you should have gotten another car. I don't know how much you paid for the ac to get fixed but some places are very cheap. If you wanted better quality you should have spent more or went somewhere else , it seems you were strapped for cash considering you went to a used lot so roll the windows down! I find it saves on gas too !! If I was having to spend so little on a car I would expect a few flaws and if I needed money that bad I would invest in a battery powered fan or rolling the windows down. Well mr. reel I give you 5 stars just because! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR :)”

“Family owned business very professional and polite. They truly help people who have little to no credit, they have great deals. My fiance had very little credit with a decent job and they was able to get him financed through a credit union and helped him get an account with that same credit union. I like how they got him approved made sure documents was right and all we had to do is come sign and pick up the truck. The best part is all the other dealerships stated he can only be approved for a car or SUV when he wanted a pickup.
