Reading through some of the reviews, I can understand the frustration of discovering surprise issues, but: you must do your homework when buying used cars. He cannot babysit every car on the lot, and just because you discover an issue after buying, does not necessarily mean that the seller was hiding it from you.
Research the car's common problems at that particular mileage, take it for a test drive, note down the symptoms. THEN, decide if you want to buy it.”
“Professionalism is the word that comes to mind. They were outstanding. I found my dream car, not only did Vanessa drop the price $1,000 but she waited patiently for days while I got all my ducks in a row, not complaining a single time. Came to get my car today, and with my wife and two year old son, she (and her lovely mother), was very patient with us while we called our bank and insurance and even managed to help other people in the process. They kept apologizing for it (which was completely unnecessary) and was just the epitome of professional. “I bought the car with low tire pressure on one tire and it wasn’t cleaned properly. I brought it back 6 days later to get a new tire. They reimbursed me for having the car cleaned as well. Although the problems weren’t fixed before I picked up the vehicle, they made it right. I am happy 9 days in with my new car!!”

Easy app process paperless and online, do it from home before you get there to make it easier, test drove, submitted the app, boom approved! Inspected the car signed papers walked out at 6:15pm. Easy as heck!!! Go see them guys”
