This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
This afternoon 11-17-25 around 4:00 We waited in the drive through over 20 Minutes to be waited on, no one was stationed at the window for drive thru. Ridiculous 😭

It’s ok, some people there are really nice but this one older lady was pretty rude. Wasn’t friendly and didn’t even smile, just made you feel like you did something wrong when all I did was ask a question.

I have banked here for years and the staff is awesome, helpful and friendly.
