I've called numerous times over the past year to rent a Uhaul at various times because in our line of work, we need them fairly often. I wanted to support my local businesses but this is just ridiculous. I've ended up renting from Asheboro 5 or 6 times now and will again today. I specifically waited for today to rent one because they are inconveniently closed on Mondays...but today is the last day I'm going to bother with them because now I'm behind schedule for waiting (my choice, yes, but regardless I was trying to be supportive and give them yet, another chance). Why have a business and NEVER answer the phone?
