The amount of respect and kindness to a new gun owner who is new to revolvers. They treat you with respect and dignity it's nice to have that in a gun store to them your not just a customer your more like a person.

They took their time explaining everything I wanted and needed to know. The people there are very knowledgeable and not stuck up and rude when you have multiple questions like other places.
