They explain all of your options, including the pros, cons, and price points. EVERY member of the staff has been nothing but kind to my animals (to the point they look forward to going to the vet). They treat them all the same - with love, patience, and respect. I am confident they care as much about my pets health as much as I do.They make note of any allergies and explain things in person as well as synopsized in a "report card", outlining the information they gathered and things to keep in mind.In 20+ years of taking animals to the vet, AHB is truly my favorite.
