Pharmacy is slow. Prescriptions are never ready by the time they say they will be ready. I miss the professional reliable service of Walgreens. CVS seems indifferent to the customer.

Unhelpful staff, gave incorrect information about cash back so required me to make two purchases for my desired outcome. Then wouldn't give me the requested cash back. Rude employee who doesn't know what customer service means.

Used to love this pharmacy and felt very secure. That's nolonger the case. Due to poor customer service, and no way to call the pharmacy directly. I'll be moving my prescriptions. It's sad, because I've been here for years.

Allison, the pharmacist, created an unnecessary problem when I asked to transfer a prescription for my dog and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. I called back to rectify the problem and she said I was bordering upon harassment by calling back. I had to call the vet to call in a new prescription who did not call in the new prescription that same day and my dog went without her seizures medicine. I got a very evil vibe from her and she should not be dealing with the public or pharmaceuticals.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent folks in the pharmacy. Misfiled insurance, improper paperwork, and above all, very rude and defensive workers. I was personally yelled at and when my doctor called, he was hung up on. I’ve been a CVS patron for decades, however this store alone has made me switch. It’s unfortunate these people can work and behave as they do.

Allison the pharmacy manager was very unpleasant when I went to Black Mountain CVS for a flu vaccine. She acted as if a major bother , very unprofessional. I give her a Zero rating.

I find the staff very helpful! The pharmacist, Allison, has been great! It’s a very busy location, so sometimes the pharmacy feels a bit rushed, but I’ve been going there for 7 years, and I’m consistently pleased.
