I made an appointment with Dreams Salon on Tuesday, the 8th of Aug. for hair cut at12 noon today,Aug. 9th. I went, and no one was there. Doors locked. I called the owner and left a message, but no call was made to me for an explanation. Not very professional.

Wendy was FANTASTIC!! Absolutely the best mani/pedi I’ve had. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The polish was a very high quality and both still looks good. Usually I don’t get manicures because they chip or peel after the first day, not this one. I highly recommend Wendy at Dreams!!!Services: Pedicure

So happy I found this place. Courtney was amazing. Just moved here from Florida and needed a root touch up and haircut plus a cut for my son. Despite my son not really knowing what he wanted and my hair being a complicated pixie cut she really took her time to make sure we both had exactly the perfect cut and style. Really happy with the entire process and the results. Will certainly be back! The salon was clean and everyone working was very friendly. Prices are a little more than what I was paying in Florida but prices are going up on everything lately and the results were definitely worth it.Service: Haircut

Courtney looked at photos I brought to give an idea what I wanted and gave me just what I wanted! She is very good! And this was my first time to visit Dream Salon and Spa. I am definitely returning for my next hair appointment.

I used this salon once and received a reasonably good haircut. But when I tried to book my next appointment, I had trouble getting through. I left both a voice message and a text message. I then waited at least three days to get a response. That just doesn't work in my book. Found another salon.Service: Haircut

Yvonne is excellent! She was recommended by another curly-haired gal (who was Very Happy) and lives in Black Mountain. I drove 2 hours each way to see her and it was well worth the drive! My hair has a style again both curly and when worn straight, which I had been unable to get anyone to do where I live. The coloring she did to blend my grey with my natural looks well, natural! So impressed with her professionalism, her ability to listen to the style I wanted and make it happen! So happy, I will be driving the 4 hour round trip again in the future!Services: Hair styling

I have been going to Dreams for almost two years. Yvonne has done a great job with both cut and color. She has taken me from my natural light brown color to platinum blonde, grey, brunette, rainbow and I have loved it all. She is not afraid to step outside of the box and try new things. As someone who likes to change their hair on a whim I appreciate that, but she will also offer good advice if I am headed in a wrong hair direction. Everyone in the salon is friendly and professional. It’s like Steel Magnolias without all the crying.Services: Balayage

Yvonne did a fantastic job with my haircut! I was a bit nervous going to a new hairdresser, especially because I’m getting married this weekend.
