I must say this is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They explain things so you can understand them. Also, the pricing wasn’t bad at all for someone who is uninsured. I would highly recommend this place to anyone . I also love that it is locally owed !

I love this privately owned pharmacy. Everyone I have had any interaction with has been kind and professional. They have made suggestions with supplements that really helped me. I take regular medications and compounded medications and they are always ready fast! Can't go wrong with this place!

It is a wonderful pharmacy. My partner had a health condition that took 3 months and multiple doctors to properly diagnose it. At one point he was in acute pain, so a doctor recommended a temporary treatment to help ease the symptoms so he could make it a few days while waiting on test results. The pharmacist asked me about my partner’s condition, history and allergies etc. and did some research on the condition and came back with a plan on how to formulate a drug that targeted this condition. It worked very well and allowed him some rest for the first time in weeks. We were so very thankful for the level of care and consideration the pharmacy gave us. I highly recommend supporting this business.

Impressed by how much time they dedicate to serving every person that comes through the door. The owners Taylor and Jonna are top quality people and upstanding citizens of Black Mountain. They care deeply about the community and are especially highly qualified to serve it. You won't find this level of care hardly anywhere, least of all at some chain pharmacy.

Taylor Jones and the health Ridge team are fantastic! They take the time to answer any questions you might have about medication or supplements. I recently developed a new condition and Taylor's input on a new medication have been instrumental in resolving this situation. It is reassuring to know that all of the pharmacist and staff take a personal interest and double check to prevent negative drug interactions. Thank you health ridge pharmacy staff!

This place is a BLESSING. My mom has Stage 4 Cancer and has been suffering from serious reflux. She was literally suffering night and day. No one around had a liquid form of Prilosec. They made what she needed and did it almost immediately. She had her first good night in a while, last night. I can't thank them enough.

My experience with healthridge pharmacy has been excellent. The pharmacists are so friendly and helpful (unlike my experience with bigger chains like Walgreens). Taylor and Jonna seem to be very interested in the well-being of each person they’re serving. I have had medications and supplements shipped to my home out of town at times, which is always FAST and packaged very well. Thank you!
