This is my grandma's favorite nail salon. She took me here for the first time and the service was great! Note, you most likely will need to make an appointment as they are often booked. They did a great job on my nails, gave a great nail trim and foot massage. My grandma has some issues with her toenails and they were very considerate and accomplished. Employees were very friendly!

You cannot beat the service at Phidella nails and spa. I have never had a bad experience there. The service provided was exceptionally professional as well as being very friendly. I am a guy and I would recommend that every male have a pedicure.

Always get a great pedicure here. The only downside is they are so popular that it can be difficult to get an appointment by phone. Stop in and make one or schedule a head.

I just had my powder dip nails done by Phidella and couldn't be happier. I was going to the "other" nail salon in Black Mountain, but the young woman doing them got rather sloppy. I very much enjoyed meeting Phidella and will be a permanent client.

In town for a confrence, this place had lots of 4 and 5 star reviews... so here we go..... They were willing to take me right away without an appointment. My first impression was...this place is kinda messy. Chipped paint, dusty counter, debris on floors. I was almost afraid to put my feet in the tub but they did scrub it out really well so I felt pretty comfortable with that. They do seen to clean each foot tub well. They also wear gloves. It is a bit warm in here. Pretty good pedicure. Love the hot towel. He did a good scrubbing. My feet definitely feel good and waaaaay softer! He really made sure he got all those summer sandal rough spots lol. The manicure was good as well . Great vibe massage and all dead skin removed. Thank you for the service. I will say however, this place does need a good deep cleaning.

I have called your salon every day for one week, except Sunday. I get an answering machine every time. I left voice messages on 3 of the days without a return call yet. There are lots of nail choices, so I'm moving on.

I do not recommend this business. Yesterday my grown daughter and I stopped by to see if we could do an impromptu manicure together for Mother's Day. She had driven up from Charlotte as a surprise so we did not have an appointment. But thought it was worth a try. However, when we walked in together and asked if they had availability who I guess was in charge said rudely no. Normally they would have suggested another time. She did not. She just looked at us and said "we are booked all weekend" closed the appointment book and walked away. Mind you there were only four people in the salon, all finishing their service. Clearly we were not "their type" of customer. We ended up just going to a coffee shop. It was still a great day, but no thanks to these folks who are apparently looking for a different type of client. Normally I tip 25%+ on nail service. But thanks to these folks I will be certain to tip much more at my next service elsewhere. Some place that I am welcome.
