This Place , GREATEST People, and there action speak for themselves. Helped and made us feel welcomed and not like an outsider and gave us a great welcoming feeling. Treated us like family like we was regulars when in fact it was our second time and in a bind. blessed me such wonderful ladies I thank God bless us meeting such great people in this small town. . We may have lost everything but with this beautiful hearts in this community being strong and caring for one another and not worried about what it cost or what they have done or they're going to get out of it. We just sincerely hear it and see people are very hard to come by and yet
still exist it's here so little words but the love and the spirit has given me Faith thank you for everything.

$3.02 for gas that was selling Elsewhere for $2.58?! Then, after I bought $5, no credit card receipt furnished at the pump. Companies like this can nail me for minimal money one time, but they never do it again. It's also a strike against future purchases from any shell. Two strikes left.

I’m surprised it hasn’t been condemned. They are never cleaning or stocking, and it shows. Today when I called the manager out for badmouthing a customer in front of me her sidekick said they don’t need my business. Considering they don’t deserve it, nor do they deserve anyone else’s due to low standards and shoddy upkeep, she will get her wish. On the plus side, this embarrassment to Black Mountain has a counterpart in Swannanoa that gets everything right. Go there instead.

The hours on the door clearly state that it is open until 12 AM. That SHOULD mean you are able to conduct business until 12 AM midnight. The girl who works the evening shift parks her black car with the pink decals right up at the doors, blocks the doors with garbage bags and locks up while she counts the drawer well BEFORE midnight. Even when you point out that it’s not midnight yet she will not unlock the door. I can understand if it’s 11:59 or something like that but she’s locking up too early and now she’s making a habit of it and I am tired of it.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST gas station in town! Gas pumps scream ads at you and the air machine eats all your quarters with no service. The employees are totally unhelpful. BOOOOOO.

The man that works nights there with a beard and backwards hat not only uses terrible language in front of customers but is also extremely rude. Both yelling and cursing customers just trying to get what they need. This had happened more then one occasion. Definitely not fit to be working with the public my family will not be spending any more money at this store. Neither will my company with a fleet of 8 vehicles .

I'm regular-ish to this gas stationWhile it doesn't look inviting the customer service from the dude on night shift makes it all better!Guy has an epic customer service personality with a great sense of humor that makes everyone smile or laugh!Love it!

Garbage establishment. Came here 9/16 approx 4:30. Thirsty as hell and lady refused to break a $100 bill. You mean to tell me this corporation can’t afford a counterfeit bill detector? Honestly I feel discriminated against may not ever go to another shell in life.
