The food was excellent--in taste and presentation. Ordered seered cauliflour on quinoa and kale--wonderful! The architecture of the place is interesting and intriguing. Greg and Dianne were musicians who kept us hanging around, drinking and laughing!Prices were a little high, and I wish there was twice the selection.

Stopped by to give this place a try after hearing others talk about it. Menu was small but there was a nice variety, we got the shishito peppers as an appetizer and they were really good.

The menu is inventive and delicious. The kale salad was addictive and the vegan dinner option was one of the most creatively curated entrees I've had in a long time. The wine menu and cocktail options were perfect. The vegan cheesecake was rich, creamy and the apple butter on top allowed for the perfect combination of salty to sweet. The live music, cozy lighting, decor and artistically presented food...give this place an amazing upscale-esque ambience. Black Mountain really needed a spot like this!!!Vegetarian options: Enough for me and I'm vegan!Kid-friendliness: Yes! As long as your littles can stay seated. :)Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!

We have only tried the restaurant so far and it was a great experience! Between us we had the Catch of the Day (Red Drum), Wild Boar Ragu and the Bison Short Ribs. Everyone raved about their dish. The service was warm and friendly, very attentive without hovering. One of the best chocolate martinis of all time. Don't be concerned about the live music. It is nicely restrained. We sat very close to the stage and were able to talk easily. We have also tried their sandwiches, which have plenty of meat and filling, but the star of that show is the bread! Crispy on the outside and perfectly done on the inside. Definitely our go-to place to eat!

Everything from the food and drinks to the ambience and staff were exceptional at this establishment. I was very impressed with the menu, especially the NA cocktails they offer. The owner even came out and thanked us for coming. We will definitely be back!

Dropped in for some sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon and were blown away by their quality! I’m vegetarian and am often disappointed by a caprese because of low quality mozzarella or the bread being soggy, but this was truly sensational. The balsamic reduction took it to another level. Such nice folks too!!Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian and vegan options

We have loved the market since it recently opened, and now we have even more to love with the restaurant open! We had dinner the other night at Beradu. We both had the trout special, and were impressed by the dish. So many flavors in a single dish. Chef Patrick certainly knows what he's doing. And Maggie and her staff were so welcoming. We highly recommend both the market and the restaurant. We certainly wish these two entrepreneurs much deserved success with this new endeavor!!

Everything about Beradu Market or Restaurant is wonderful - inspiring, even. No doubt they are on their way to 5 stars across the board.Unfortunately, Google is keeping reviews from businesses that were previously located at this address in Beradu's history. Any review written before 11/11/23 was for the Grocery or The Artisan, which are no longer operating at this address.

Stopped in on their first day open and the place looks very nice inside. Everyone was friendly and the food options all sound good. We got an Italian sandwich and a pastrami pimento sandwich. Lots of nice looking snacks, staples, beer, wine, and cider for sale in the shelves. And coolers/freezers with meat, cheese, and deli counter too. Very nice boutique sort of market/deli.Dietary restrictions: Offered gluten free bread for sandwiches
