Cameron at the UPS store in Black Mountain, NC was the epitome of courtesy, expertise, and professionalism. He guided us through the process of shipping a family heirloom, gave us excellent advice, and took personal interest in the process. He even made a follow-up phone call to keep us updated. A+++

The gentleman that was working at your Black Mountain, NC store on Saturday August 30, 2019, at 1:00 was the most personable, professional, and pleasant individual that I have ever met in the UPS store. This young man epitomizes what I believe every UPS employee should strive to achieve. He deserves a congratulations and a pat on the back at the bare minimum. Management needs to take notice of this young man.

I had a very pleasant experience at the UPS store in Black Mtn today. Derick and Cameron both were personable and helpful in getting my art shipped today. 🌸 prices reasonable, staff doing their job AND friendly: that’s a win!

The employees at the Black Mountain UPS have consistently been very helpful and professional. Most recently I received patient and competent support from Izzy, who helped me print materials for a passion project. I’m very grateful to the staff for the work they do.

Izzy, at the Black Mountain independently owned UPS store was so helpful. Though I am usually quite pleased with UPS stores, this one was even a notch above the rest. I will make the longer drive to come here for future shipping needs as they made everything so easy. Thank you.

The UPS Black Mountain store has the best manager & employees. Always professional, always helpful. The receiving mail service is far better than a postal box rental. They learn who you are and grab your packages for you as you walk in the door - all with a smile! In a world of bad service, this is a very welcomed change! Great work Cameron, Izzy, Robert & all the others!
