We finally tried breakfast. Food was good but you cannot dine in. We had to eat in the car which my husband hates. We were traveling this week and like to go in to dine. As we were leaving the parking lot there was not a trashcan to be found. I have noticed every fast food restaurant wants us to order off the app. Sorry, I don't care to download those apps.

Cheese was not melted on my sandwich. It was like the cheese have been pulled out of the fridge and slapped on the sandwich and then wrapped up. I had a chicken bacon bacon blt. Everything else was good.

No lengthy explanation worth my time. They help one person at a time in drive through and each takes 5 minutes. After I confronted they made excuses, and made it clear that customer service is not even considered. Sunday March 10 at 7pm. Owners, you should take heed. Downhill for the past couple years. Rock bottom now. I refused to eat, and drove off.

I used to be a regular here but the service was so slow and ridiculous I had to stop going. Waiting up to thirty minutes in the drive thru. Today I came back as my kiddo needed some dinner and we were in the area. I was sure things would be better. They were not. It was a "shift change" and I was told if I didn't want to wait I should come inside. Inside I was ignored for five full minutes and then the cashier seemed annoyed. She tossed our fries so hard into the to-go bag some flew out and into the counter. Everyone in the store seemed annoyed with the entire thing. The one time I had an okay experience an employee with glasses and long light brown hair served us and told me thank you for being kind to her and gave us free fries for our wait and our patience. Every other time it's been truly ridiculous and frustrating.

Well let start off by saying this Wendy’s look good from the outside, where it ends. Spent over $30 on 2 classic burgers 1 baconator 2 fries and 2 med frosties.The only thing hot was the fries, all three burgers were cold, dried out and way over cooked. Definitely not fresh. Wish I would have checked the bag before I left the location. Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever.

Horrible experience. They didn't even start working on my mobile order until I inquired about it 20 minutes after it was placed. 5 more minutes for the sandwiches to be hastily thrown together. Then I still had to request the drink cups.

Super disappointing trip today.The spicy chicken sandwich I usually love was dry and not very good.The bun was a bit stale, the tomato piece was tiny, and the lettuce was wilted.Add to that the way the board was written it looked like they had something new, "sour cream and chive potato nuggets".. like tater tots? When the plain old baked potato came, I explained what I thought the board meant, and he just laughed at me and walked away. The potato was lousy!Maybe they could have offered to take the potato back and give me regular fries?

Ordered an Asiago Chicken got a single with a non ripe tomato that was ice cold. Didn’t go back because scared of how mad I was after waiting 15 minutes in drive through. $12 cold single combo.

They seem to give you whatever they want. Past few times my order has been wrong. No bacon or toppings on the big bacon burger. No bacon or toppings on the junior bacon burger either for my daughter. Half the time they seem to be checked out or rude. This location has been going downhill for a long time.

You can’t beat Wendy’s hot fries & chili. The fries were fresh (and HOT) & the chili full, hot & chunky! Fast service & accurate!

Absolutely horrible. Service was embarrassing as a company. Seemed to favor specific customers over others and when the customer in the drive through refused to move up the employee got an attitude with me for trying to pay for my food and said well they have a really big order and I told them to stay there, as if their order was more important than the three vehicles behind them. I never talk bad or leave negative reviews but I WAS HIGHLY offended by the attitude and disrespect. Then I get my food and it's stone cold have to heat up in the microwave so please explain how if it was supposed to be all fresh that it was cold????
