This is the most well-organized, functional, and pleasant Banana Republic store I've been in - and I've been in a lot of them. The employees at the store were also very customer service focused. A great shopping experience overall.

The Banana Republic Factory Store at Blowing Rock Tanger Outlets in Blowing Rock is a really good source for all things Banana Republic. I like being able to find something good at a really good discount and I was able to find some good deals here. The staff here is friendly and does their best to make sure you have a good shopping experience.
