DO NOT WORK HERE OR BUY FURNITURE HERE. THEY LIE TO PEOPLE ABOUT HOW LONG THIER ITEMS ARRIVE. THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS AS THEY SHOULD. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY TREAT THEIR DELVIERY GUYS HORRIBLY. THIS COMPANY IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. THE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES AND THE MONEY THEY MAKE. UNPROFESSIONAL WORK. Also they charge over triple of what they pay for their furniture. Just so all the customers are aware.

We had a horrible experience with this store. Made a large order of furniture and was promised a delivery date. The day before they called to say it was not going to be delivered as scheduled. They promised another delivery day and that was not met either despite their assurance it would. They do not follow up and let you know the status until the very last minute. Then they make up lame excuses like their computer is not working. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

Less than 1 year ago we bought a electric recliner sofa from BRF. Right from the start of the sell we have had problems. Both motors failed and they finally sent a tec. To fix the problem. But just days latter we encountered the same issues plus more. For 5 months now we have ask for a new sofa or our money back with no response but they will contact the manufacturer. While holding a 5 year extended warranty bought from them the day of purchase. Communication has been a one way only street. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting no more.* Update : The store manager contacted us and we discussed all of the options available. Thank you for fixing the problem.

I needed to replace a sofa bed and decided to also replace a side chair. Both were nearly 40 years old. I was delighted with the furniture I ultimately bought. The real story was the stellar service I got, starting with Vicki, and her design expertise, and from George, the store manager. The delivery guys Robert and the warehouse manager (whose name I can't remember) were also knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful in getting me set up. I haven't found that to be true from larger warehouses, where there is often a disconnect between sales and delivery.

If you order something from this store be prepared to wait a good while for your product. We ordered recliners from this store snd 20 weeks later we are still waiting. They constantly tell us there is a shipping problem. Will be the last time we shop here. So aggravated!!!

The prices are very competitive. I like the personal touch they offer. Their product lines offer enormous style selections including color and materials. Can't say enough about our sales rep Myra. Very patient and helpful. Great experience and will definitely be purchasing additional furniture as our new house build migrates to completion.

We had an excellent experience with the Gallery and with Cathy helping us. She was extremely informative, and the group worked well with us to find exactly what we were looking for and arranging the order to be delivered in months from now to meet our needs. The visit was relaxing and fun!

We were left high and dry by another furniture store. My wife walked into Blowing Rock Furniture Gallery, purchased floor models at a great price, and they delivered the entire purchase the SAME day. Amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about this company. 5 stars is not enough. This will be my first stop going forward when we need furniture. Thank you

I wanted to wait until our furniture was delivered to post a start to finish experience...About 3 weeks ago we purchased some furniture from Blowing Rock Furniture Gallery. Upon arrival everyone that worked there was masked and so we're all the customers. They also had hand sanitizer available. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Just now our furniture was delivered to our home by 2 very nice young men. Without me even having to ask them they both came to the door with masks on and delivered our furniture with masks on. Another 10 out of 10 experience. I would highly recommend this local company for a your furniture needs. An great experience all around. ♥️♥️♥️
