“This is THE STORE I look forward to visiting each time I visit Blowing Rock NC. It is my favorite store in fact. From the moment I walk in I feel welcomed. The scents, the positive and uplifting music playing over the speakers, the friendly welcome from the staff, and all the beautiful items in the store, feel like home to me. The owner Sherri is the icing on the cake, her smile is pure comfort. She is always happy to help me pick out something special. Her Joy is contagious, and sincere. There are so many beautiful items in the store. Each time I go I find a little gift for a friend, a family member, and usually one for myself, and I leave with a smile on my face. Take Heart is a lovely little gem of a store. I cannot wait to return.”
“I had searched long and hard for the perfect Myra bag for me and I found it at Funky Tulip! It had all my requirements I wanted and the price was far better than other stores. I love browsing through all the new items at Funky Tulip - such fun! It's a definite must go to while in Blowing Rock.”

“Belles of Blowing Rock on Main Street in Blowing Rock is a cool boutique store that has unique and beautiful designs. They have a really good selection of different items available and it is easy to find a gift item. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating and makes sure that you have all of the assistance that you need.”

“During our most recent visit to BR we discovered there is an upstairs men’s section of J.W.Tweeds and were pleasantly greeted and assisted by their staff. They helped us find our sizes, even opened the wrapped shirts for us at the counter, put them on hangers, and brought them to us to try on. Wonderfully attentive store. A nice selection of beautiful high-quality clothing and we left with several fun shirts. We will be returning during our next trip!”

Uncommonly helpful in a world where most sales people know so little about what their selling and why. Highly recommended.”
