Kilwin offers a wide variety of sweets, and everything was scrumptious from the fudge (yummm peanutbutter-chocolate) to the ice cream. The employees were helpful and friendly, and it was fun for all seeing the fudge being made right in the store. A little pricy but expected in the touristy area. Jan 2023

Always delicious treats from Kilwin’s in Blowing Rock NC. Ordered chocolate dipped pretzel rods for my daughter’s baby shower and everyone enjoyed!

One of the Best Ice cream shop in the town. Friendly staff. Chocolates and ice-creams are really tasty. Place is always crowded.There no parking available, if you are lucky you will get Street side parking

We always visit a Kilwin's if there is one during a trip! The fudge and other candy is delicious as well as the ice cream (lots of flavors). It is pricey but good!

First off, why on earth would you remove the big board with a the flavors listed so people could actually know what the flavors are before they get to the counter to order. That has to be one of the dumbest moves I have ever seen! Now you have people crowding at the ice cream counter trying to read little labels taking up everybody’s time trying to decide. Dumb moves like this usually does it for me. The ice cream while good is way overpriced.

Delicious fudge and real smart to make the waffle cones as the whole street smells delicious and you can’t help to stop in for desserts! They were busy! I bought chocolate walnut fudge and it was amazing. As usual! It’s fun to watch them work or sit on the benches outside and people watch.

Place is amazing. You can smell it a block down. ANY time I am near blowing rock I never don't stop here for the fudge. I am in boone often but will make an excuse to come to blowing rock just for the fudge. Never dry or selling old stock. See you in a few months!

We came here so my daughter could hopefully get some ice cream. She's allergic to eggs and tree nuts so ice cream shops can be pretty hit or miss. Luckily they had some chocolate ice cream that was safe for her which was nice. What was even nicer was the guy who helped us. He opened up a brand new container and got a new clean scoop to avoid cross contamination. We were super impressed with that customer service.

Kilwins rarely disappoints. We have been to so many around the country. This one in Blowing Rock was excellent too. We bought one of the assorted caramel apples and also a Bear Claw that is LOADED with caramel and cashews. Thanks for having such quality products.

Every time I get a chance to go in a Kilwin's I do. Even if you're not planning on buying anything, just go in and smell the air, it's an ethereal experience.Some of the best ice cream around and full of other sweet treats that'll satisfy any craving.

Chocolate chip and coconut ice cream in a cup is 370 calories worth consuming! By far one of the most delicious ice cream scoops I've had in a while. It's rich and not overly sweet. You can get it in a cup, sugar cone and a whole variety of other cones. The assortment of ice cream and sorbet is wide to satisfy anyone's taste.And if you desire a gift or a chocolate, you can get it here as well. This is a must visit place in Blowing Rock!

Exceptional ice cream & fudge. Loved it & brought home way too much fudge! No inside seating but plenty of benches on sidewalk in front.

Drove 30 minutes for some ice cream. Was in shock!! - $18 for 2 small cones. The man behind me had ordered a milkshake and walked out when he realized the cost was $10. Also, the ice cream was so soft it was running down my arms during my 30 second walk to my car. Will never return.
