Fantastic operation! We own and operate an outfitter out of Fl so our expectations were high! Carl and Sam did not disappoint. I highly recommend this to anyone beginner or experienced. Fantastic property, great guides, and great equipment. Will be coming back if we are in the area! Great job guys.

I had a great experience with Mountains to Coast Flyfishing. Sam Cassidy was my guide for an afternoon of fishing a private river just filled with trout. Sam was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on my casting. The number and size of trout in this stream was astounding. Booking with Mountains to Coast was easy and I look forward to booking another trip with them the next time I visit. You can't go wrong with Mountains to Coast.

Carl is a wonderful guide and this is the second time I have used him for skeet shooting. His shooting camp is beautiful and very well thought out. He emphasizes safety and teaches you technique. I highly recommend him and I may be trying his fishing trip soon!

I can't say enough about Carl. He is the kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional and most important a great guide and educator. My family and I signed up for skeet shooting, this would be our first experience for skeet shooting. Scheduling was easy, the price was fair, and again, FUN!!! I would highly recommend this outfitter! I'll be sure to call on him again the next time we visit NC.

What a wonderful and fun time! We were a group of 3 couples. The 3 women had never shot before. Carl was very informative, helpful, patient and safety conscious. He instantly made us comfortable and made sure we all had fun. He has a nice covered gazebo area you shoot from. Great for experienced and novices.

Had an experience of a lifetime with Carl and Sam guiding my son, father, father-in-law, and I catching trophy trout. My 9 year old son is spoiled now with the trout we caught. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for memories made. - Béla

Perfect experience for a group of people with all different types of knowledge of gun safety. We visited Carl and Sam last week and it was more than what we all expected. They are very professional, but most are importantly they wanted everyone to have a great time and have fun shootin clays. They catered to all of our needs and luckily had a bolt cutter for the lock on our gun case that couldn’t come off. I recommend mountain to coast 10/10.

For Valentine's Day my wife wanted to shoot something. (Fortunately, it wasn't me!) I searched for different kinds of shooting opportunities on the web. Ultimately decided to call Mountains to Coast because they were not too far away, and based on what I saw on their website, they offered entry-level instruction and provided equipment (guns, ammo, etc.) Turned out great. Carl answered my call right away and was super friendly from "hello." After telling me that they usually get booked two weeks out (I was calling two days out), he made room for us on his schedule. Everything was as represented or better. The clay shooting site is private and the experience with Carl was both professional and delightful...he seemed willing to customize the experience any way we wanted to...wonderful guy. The shooting stand is covered, so even if it was raining, you could still shoot. Since we went in February, it was a little on the cool side, but most times of the year special clothing wouldn't be necessary. Highly recommend for couples or adult groups. We have four kids (all teenagers or older) and I wouldn't hesitate to bring them, given Carl's experience and emphasis on safety.
