Did not have my size in the shoe I wanted. They ordered it for me and I received it in 2 days. Happy with my shoes and the salesman was very helpful.

We didn’t get our product in the bag and they were rude when we called. While we were in the store we had to get on ladders to get our own product and the assistant manager rolled her eyes when I ask if I could leave my shoes at the desk. When we ask for help the Manager couldn’t find the Croc the we tried own so he said this is the same color I can’t find the one you tried own. No customer service at all

We were the only customers in the store . 3 employees. We were shopping for Crocs for our grandchildren. There were probably 60 pair.. we had to get a ladder ourselves. No one ever ask if we needed any help. When we got the the front with two pair and told us they weren’t on sale. One had the wrong box he said he didn’t know where it was . I said I would going it.. they were very lazy.. I was very disappointed. I have purchased several pair of shoes there. I’m so sorry they had no customer service.

Love their selection of shoes that they haveBut I would have gave them a 5But my husband and I went up there and Boone North Carolina and shocked and they had this little girl up thereAnd she act like she did not want to give us customer service because of the complexion of our skinAnd that really teed me off so that's the reason why I gave you all three when you get people in there to want to come in there and work and do their job and help with the customer thenI'm a give you a five but I love the selectionsI just don'tDidn't like the customer service that me and my husband received

I ordered the shoes for pickup for the next day. I called the store to confirm they actually had them in stock. The person who answered had the same concerns. The inventory only reflected 2 in stock. He very kindly asked that I hold a moment so he could find them and package them for me. This all just 10 minutes before closing. Great service and care. Thank you
