This would have been 5 stars if only they would update the decor. That doesn’t bother me and the place was very clean. The staff is super friendly and of course the mountains are exquisite. Tamie, my Massage Therapist was five star herself. I would definitely return and recommend the spa.Enjoy!

Loved the vibe! Imagine my surprise to walk thru a swimming pool deck full of children splashing to find such a relaxing oasis. The attendants were very amenable and masseuse was friendly and professional. Would recommend!!

This spa is absolutely fantastic! It’s so peaceful and serene. The massage therapists do a terrific job and you walk out feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

Anyone interested in a wonderful massage? Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock has a masseuse named Tracey who gave me the best one I have ever experienced. She knew exactly where my stress areas were and worked to relieve the tension. The pressure was perfect and she worked with care to make sure my 80 minutes was filled with professional care so when I walked out I felt relaxed, knowing I had done something good, something healthy for my body. I will definitely request TRACEY from now on! She's awesome!!👍

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a massage from Heather, and I can confidently say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Her 10 years of experience truly shine through—she has an incredible ability to intuitively know exactly the right amount of pressure without me saying a word. It was as if she could read my mind!
Heather’s skill and professionalism make her stand out, and I’ll gladly make the hour-and-a-half drive just for a massage from her. If you’re looking for someone who will leave you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, Heather is your person. Highly recommend!

Quaint spa - but the massage was fantastic ! Cheryl did a great job and I left feeling very relaxed. She made me feel extra special :)
Wish the pool/hot tub was adults only, as I was looking forward to some quiet time afterwards but instead was met with a pool full of screaming kids running around. Facility itself is a little outdated.. but I would come back for another massage from Cheryl!!!

The spa experience was less than expected for any resort I’ve been to, especially after seeing the ratings for this spa.
I booked a deep tissue massage and paid the extra fee for it. My masseuse barely used any pressure even when I confirmed this was deep tissue during the treatment and asked for more pressure. It was so light I didn’t even feel relaxed. Not to mentioned she talked throughout the massage.
I also booked a facial which was much better, however by this point the spa was so incredibly loud and the rooms are not sound proofed enough, some separated from another room by a room divider rather than a wall. Spa etiquette was not to be found here.
Lastly the sauna and hot tub amenities are shared with the hotel guests and extremely loud. There was no relaxing in the sauna when children from the pool and loud adults are running in and out of it talking and leaving doors open.
I’d really expected more and was sorely disappointed. This was not the day of R&R we had planned.
