The decor is warm, welcoming and lovely with a fire and seating area to welcome your arrival. The menu was sophisticated and varied and the food absolutely delicious. The tuna nachos were outstanding but so were all of the dinners and dessert!

This was our anniversary and they treated to a glass of champagne. Great start. My husband got the short ribs and I got the duck. Loved the cornbread that came out as a starter

Had dinner in the bar & experienced the worst service we have ever had. Very disappointed that Chetola has come to this!

Timberlake's Restaurant at Chetola Resort is located on an immaculate 87-acres just off Hwy 321 in Blowing Rock and mere minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We serve daily an extensive breakfast buffet, an artisan lunch of salads, sandwiches and entrees, exquisite dinner entrees inspired by NC artist and designer Bob Timberlake, and a delicious Sunday Brunch. Dine in the restaurant, in the private Wine Room, in the cozy Headwaters Pub, or on the outdoor patio overlooking Chetola Lake.
Enjoy live music inside or on the patio (weather permitting) every Wednesday through Saturday. Friday and Saturday night music takes place by the Lakeside Bonfire (weather permitting) with s'mores and a cash bar.
