It was definitely a nostalgia thing for my husband. I had never been and this was our child's first time as well. The train ride was fun but a little underwhelming. I think our ride was cut short by an accident with an actor so don't know if there was supposed to be more to it but it was not quite as exciting as I thought it would be, even keeping in mind it's for families. The mini train was almost more exciting if a little psychedelic towards the end. Mordecai has...so much back story to his mining operations. The rides were ok; for the little kid rides there was not really any lines so that was pleasant. Arcade had a few machines not working or ate coins and then the ticket eater didn't work so that was a bit of a mess. Overall, hit or miss and point to maybe some infrastructure related investments that might be good. There is nostalgic and then there is old and janky and we're treading a fine line here I think. Especially since it was not inexpensive compared to other things on top of what spent at the arcade, food, and the gift shop.

We love it here, not too pricy (after you get in). The only issue I have is you have to buy 2 sets of tickets that arnt cheap in order to go in the day and at night during their Halloween event. You pay tye same price for both sets of tickets, but at night time they have way less stuff to do and you can only ride the night train once with your ticket. It's fun, but the daytime ticket is a WAY better value.

This little park is alright for families. They have a decent ride selection for almost any age. You won't find any extreme coasters or anything here. You will find a decent little clean park where families can spend the day. Just be aware. Food selection inside the park is a little limited, and it will cost if you choose to eat while there. park staff was very friendly overall, and all facilities were well maintained. Due to the mountainous location of this park, it will be a bit challenging for anyone with heart issues or mobility concerns. Fairly steep hills throughout the park. This place does get crowded. The souvenirs are pricey, and your kids will likely won't some of the western-themed toys they see. It's a shame the prices can't be a bit cheaper considering you are dropping $40 per kid, or $60 for each adult just to get in the park. The place is alright, just don't expect big theme park attractions and flashy gimmicks.

Heads up for the Halloween attractions. They do NOT explicitly state when a place has live actors, and those places are rough. Being 35, I thought I would be fine in the enchanted forest advertised for people 8 and up. Nope. Got halfway through, got to the live actors, and needed to leave. The actors would not let up, even after my SO fell down, and we stated multiple times that we "do not consent" and were asking to just be let through. Maybe it’s my PTSD talking, but going to an attraction advertised as "from your funniest nightmares" and having a panic attack isn't fun. It honestly ruined our night. We sent an email asking them to state, either on signs or on the website, when an attraction has live actors in the future, but they never responded. The rides were fun, and the train was the highlight. The atmosphere was neat. But it's expensive - $60 per adult. Adequate signs would have saved the night.

This was so much fun with my 4 year old and. 10 year old. So many things for us to do while my husband took my oldest zip lining at the park next door.It was a bit expensive upfront but everything except food and a few extras like face painting, gem mining, and the arcade are extra inside. We did all of it and regret nothing….. well except the arcade. It needs to be updated, half the machines will eat your quarters and the other half aren’t re-filled with tickets. I got my money back once after telling one of the workers but it happened so many times, I convinced the kiddos to go ride the rides instead ?

AMERICANA AMERICANA AMERICANA! The ghost train ride was worth the visit. Cast members were friendly when not in character. I went opening night! Crowds weren't bad. The grounds were decorated for Halloween. Most staff were in costumes! Haunted house spooky but not terrible. I didn't give the carnival rides and carnival area a visit. It had been a long day. I will have to visit tweetsie during the day. I highly recommend this experience!

This was our first time here and it was a GREAT experience! We bought tickets for the Haunted Ghost Train and enjoyed it. A couple of things you may need to know, the attraction is on a hill and there is lots of incline walking, wear good shoes. The train ride is fun, but to enjoy the actors in the forest, you will need to be on the middle to rear train cars. If you are in the first car or second, you will have a hard time seeing and will have to turn around backwards in your seat and look out the right side FYI. The ticket cost is all inclusive and includes the train, haunted attractions and carnival rides. A great family putting to say the least!

Very cool experience. We went here for my son's 5th birthday and he had a blast. I brought my 1 month year old in the stroller and luckily they made it pretty easy to access things with a stroller. We just had to leave it for the train ride.

No other Theme Park can beat Tweetsie. The last time I went to Tweetsie was 2019 for the Ghost Train, and after years of not going to the regular train I finally went today! I loved the new rides they have added since the last time. Me and my family had an awesome time today! We are planning on going for the Christmas Train for the first time this year and I'm very excited!

It was expensive but well worth it. The kids had a blast. The train ride was a great experience. I would suggest packing a lunch because the food is ridiculously expensive for what you get. You can buy a souvenir cup for $6.? and refill it anywhere for $3 if you don't want to carry bottles of water around. The chairlifts are an experience you don't want to miss. The views are magnificent. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my extending family here.

We have season passes and we love to go the tweetsie railroad whenever we want to get out of the house I recommend taking a cooler of drinks and snacks because the food and drinks at the tweetsie restaurants are pretty over priced I also recommend getting a season passes if you have time to go a couple times because going like 4 times is a much as the price of the pass. The wait on a weekday is literally like 1 minute and on the weekends maybe 3. The wait for each ride is very short and they have added 4 new rides this year so that a plus. Overall a wonderful amusement park.

It was a great day trip. Not so much that you felt overwhelmed but enough to satisfy the children. Could bring your own cooler in and food save that money for inside treats. No very fast-paced.which was nice. Not to mention the mountain view. Took ages 5,6,8, and 9, and all had a great time.

Fun experience I think it is 60$ for adults 40$ for kids that includes riding the train as many times you want I recommend riding on the right side of the train to see the show the best, they have a carnival with a good amount of rides a pet feeding area ski lift, shops and food

Absolutely so much fun! Our two kids 6 and 10 had an absolute blast (and so did the parents haha). The shows were neat and not too long, rides felt safe and maintained, low crowds we hopped onto everything on a Friday in the summer with no wait really. Everything was so clean and felt worth the money spent 100%! We’d definitely go back!y 6 yr old has not stopped talking about the train show!

The kids Enjoyed the Rides once they opened up. It was raining so Rides were closed 1/2 the day. I can understand why, safety bc of lightening. Once they were open the children were happier. I suppose they could use various food locations, with better & more varied food options. Like BLT"s, Turkey sandwiches, steak & cheese or Chili, cornbread, crock beans etc. And why doesn't tbe Saloon sell some Tap beer? That would be Great! They definitely would make a fortune on better food options, and some clean water Refill stations would be Helpfull ?? there was water fountains by bathroom that helped out. But all in all this is a good Place for Families or. Small ones to even younger teens. The stroller accsses were Great if you have one. Bc the drivers load the strollers on bus, train or shuttle as is no folding them. So I thought that was handy. But yea, bring snacks for younger ones bc the food choices there close Early!! As also the whole park closes by like 530, even in the summer. Which was short, for the cost of admission but oh well.
