Second time eating here, we looked forward to our visit. Drinks were good, service was good but the special was horrible!!! Ribeye with blue cheese with Brussel sprouts, the cut of meat was not good, very rubbery, lots of fat, the server offered free dessert but was not able to discount the $50 entree. Very disappointed tonight.

Delicious with excellent service. Made our daughters birthday extra special. Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and even checked with the chef when one dish was questionable.

We went here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and I loved how everything was farmed to table. The atmosphere was decorated for Christmas and was very beautiful but not overdone. I loved how they used twigs and all of their decorating, what a fun nod to their name. Since it was my birthday, I got a free dessert and I chose the creme brulee. It was delicious. The ratio of cream to sugar glass was perfect and I could tell that they freshly made it as the top was still warm. I'll definitely be coming back again soon

What a magical place...the food and service are awesome. You can tell that this is a hot spot for locals. My friend and I sat at the bar as we waited for our table to be ready. We enjoyed the vibe at the bar so much that we canceled the table and stayed at the bar. They had two specials, one was grouper and the other was steak. We got both and shared...everything was seasoned well and very fresh and tasty. They have a full bar and wonderful friendly bartenders, Chelsea and Brian. I would recommend if you are in Lenoir area to give this place a try.

Service is fast and they’re open late enough that it can accommodate people coming from out of town/who eat later. The staff was pretty helpful. The drinks were good. The flavor and portions of food were worth the price (honestly super well priced but it’s also NC so my price gauge is skewed being from NYC). I really enjoyed each dish we got at the server’s recommendation. I also loved that they asked if the checks were separate or together which made paying so much easier for the bill.

The starter salad was not good, thick goopy dressing and tomatoes right out of a very cold fridge. Service was very enthusiastic but a little rushed. The main courses and dessert were absolutely excellent. Ambiance ok, relaxed and pleasant. Zero diversity in the diners or servers.

Took our family to Twigs on 10/29/2022. Several of our ladies had the Pecan Crusted Trout and several had the Horseradish Encrusted Salmon. Both were great and not overpowered by either the pecans or horseradish. Vegetables were cooked perfect which went with the fish dishes. Very pleased and will be back.

I was very disappointed in the quality food and the misrepesention of fine dining when others are dressed in sweatshirts. The food was less then appealing and I felt sick upon leaving.

The food was decent but the service was a bit slow. Unfortunately, the filet was a tough but my daughter enjoyed the cheesecake and pasta.

We were a party of 8 and we were in a private room with a gas fireplace on a cold night. Emily also brightened and warm the room. She told us of a special drink for the evening which turned out to be an old fashion with a stiff piece of bacon in it; terrific. The fried green tomatoes were recommended because that just what Emily had on her birthday. We weren’t disappointed. The baked Brussels sprout appetizer was also a big hit; none were left from a ver large platter. The pimento cheese was good; if you like pimento cheese. Trout was excellent and enjoyed by many of the group. The portions were large for every course. There was no room left for a good selection of appetizers. I wished someone had ordered the venison or calves liver so I could have tasted it.

We called Twigs and made a reservation for October 15 more than 2 weeks in advance. When we checked in with the hostess, she said there was no reservation in our name. We showed her the number we called and she confirmed it was the correct number. She told us she would try to work us in more than an hour later. We left and had a good meal elsewhere.

Dressed up cafeteria food. 1/4 inch of dust and dirt on ceiling fan blades. Inept manager sporting RBF. Should have went to Bojangles.

Ate at the bar. Met a lot of nice people. Had the brussel sprouts appetizer, really good, enough for two. Bartender made a good old fashioned. Had steak special, really good.

Had a 7:15 reservation. Was promptly sat after hanging out in the bar for a bit. Waited 20 minutes for a waiter, nobody showed. Asked for a waiter, waited 15 more minutes before leaving as nobody showed up. Let hostess know and all she had to say was a smart “ok” when we let them know we were going to leave. Completely messed up our whole night. Skip Twigs if you’re in Blowing Rock. Try to get into Best Cellar instead. The food and service is always exceptional there.
