About Spring Lake Park
Spring Lake Park is a beautiful, spacious, and peaceful spot. It is generally less crowded and cheaper than nearby beaches. The water is clean, a great temperature, and good for playing. The park offers different areas, including a side for fishing with a recently built pier or dock and a more popular side for swimming. Facilities include clean port-a-potties and a picnic area with tables, some under a canopy, though visitors should watch for goose poo. The lake is a nice place for families, fishing, picnics, or birthday parties. It holds many fond memories for locals. While alligators are present in the water, especially on the left side and more so at sunset, they typically stay in the back and are not usually a problem if caution is exercised, as signs indicate.
Amazing spot. Beautiful and spacious. Just be careful, we encountered a rather large alligator in the water. They do have signs indicating this.

First time going and it was great, definitely cheaper, and less crowded than any beach around here. The water was a great temperature and didn’t see an alligator or even a fish. Definitely will go back soon

I lobe this place. Even IF it's crowded, it's still just peaceful and clean good water. The gators stay in the back anyway. They're never a problem
