“Had a weird issue with a 2015 chevy Malibu that has been going on for months, took to another dealership and they could not figure it out, took to Marburger chevy and they got it fixed. Easy to deal with and fair Labor price compared to other dealers. Everything was neat and clean and everyone seemed happy to be there which isn't the case at most places now a days. “I called this store looking for a battery for a car I recently helped a lady with some work with and earned. The employee told me the price of the battery was $110 and there was not one cheaper then that. Well I've been out of work for 2 years with a poisoning and I don't have that type of money. I tried a couple pull a parts places and they had none that I needed. The lady I worked for gave me the money for the battery for cutting down an apple tree for her. I went to this store and I recognize the person I talked to on the phone that said there was none cheaper then $110. She was obese and called for another employee to get the battery for me. Well the other employee was quite nice and offered me another battery for $80 and saved me the extra money which I desperately needed. So thank you to the employee that went above and beyond her duty and to the lazy manager type. Take lessons from your co workers. Thank you AutoZone for the battery I needed to get my car on the road.”

He came out and checked it. Found the battery was bad. We went and got a battery and a new cable end. He came outside. Installed everything on truck and had me going in just a few minutes. He was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He absolutely made my day. Thank GOD that there are guys like him.”
