Brooks was straightforward with the estimate, explained exactly what needed to be done, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. They work with insurance which made that part a lot easier than I expected. The repair itself was excellent. Panel alignment was spot on and the paint blend was seamless. I was honestly looking hard to find any trace of the damage and couldn't.
It's a smaller operation which I think actually works in your favor. You're not dealing with a front desk person who doesn't know your car. The communication was good throughout. Got my car back on time and it looked great. Local shop doing quality work, that's all you can ask for.”

“I’ve been getting my oil changed at Rapid Pace for well over 20 years. Rick, Andy, and the other staff are professional, do a great job, and get you out quickly. I don’t trust too many of the “fast” oil change places because I’ve personally seen what damage they can do to a vehicle but you can trust these guys to do it right. I will say the price of an oil change has drastically went up over the years, but most of that is due to our current economy making the cost of oil and everything else go up as well.”
