If youre from out of town don't waste your time trying to go to this gym. Only people with a fob can get in and location has no staff during normal business hours to let you in.

Attempted to go in for a day, but appeared no staff was working? This was at 1050am...i asked a young lady if a person was working today and she stated the mgr was there, but he may of went to the grocery store, but hadn't seen him for a while....no notes posted about a return time...and online says a $10 day pass and inside shows $15 day pass...wouldn't recommend

1st time visit was uniformed and disjointed. No official staff, no lititure. I also attempted to contact staff via email a week before with no return response ?

This gym is barely ever clean, never any paper towels, unclean bathrooms, always smells horrible, barely ever any hand soap in the bathrooms, some equipment doesn’t work properly. To sum this up this gym is VERY OVERPRICED for its quality.

I recently visited Anytime Fitness in Bolivia, NC, for a quick workout.I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern equipment of the gym. I also appreciated that the gym is open 24/7, so I can work out whenever my schedule allows.Overall, I had a great experience at this Anytime Fitness, and I would recommend it to others!

Made an appointment for a membership and they didn't even show up on have the respect to call and cancel. I sat there for 30 min waiting. Drove 20 min to get there. Won't be joining this gym!!

Great facility and very clean! Has everything you need for a great workout. Free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Offers one day visits for out-of-town guests. I’ll be back.

I went online the corporate website and saw they were doing week long free trials. Bolivia location was included on this list. I signed up with my email and received a text confirmation of my appt with Eric at 1 pm. I get there and I say I'm there for my appointment. After I introduce myself, and tell the owner why I'm there, he tells me they do not offer free trials there and his body language acted like he's never even heard of that before. Understandably, he's the owner he can do whatever, but how is the communication on a company website so inaccurate to the physical location. Get it together.

Good gym for the out-of-towner on vacation. Plenty of machines, 2 racks with olympic setup, and good cables with accessories.

DO NOT BUY MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!The owner/management does not answer the phones or any messages and when calling the corporate office, on their webpage to try and cancel and refund my membership after not being able to even pick up my key fob, they told me to contact my club directly where in which lies the problem because they do not answer any form of communication. They just steal your money.

Visited Oak Island last week and worked out at AF Bolivia...had some of my best workouts there!? I love that the gym isn't freezing cold like mine back at home and that the lighting wasn't blinding in the overnight hours. I can't stand super bright lights at a gym. Clean facility with a decent variety of equipment. Bathrooms were clean and the soap dispensers were ALWAYS filled. Thanks for a great week AF...I'll be back again next year!! ?❤️

I can not attest to the negative reviews pertaining the owner. What I can say is this: Anytime Fitness in Bolivia is a very clean gym with updated equipment. Turf is a nice touch. Additionally, Kevin, the staffed Personal Trainer was incredibly helpful and considerate throughout our week. He also creates a positive/fun atmosphere within the gym and his clients. He seems to establish impressive rapport with his clients and makes them feel comfortable and encouraged. If you are in the area, I highly recommend Anytime Fitness and especially Kevin as a PT.

In town from Georgia, saw all the reviews and considered skipping this location. I am very happy I have given this place a shot, they had wipe stations all throughout the building and everything was very neatly organized and clean. Has just about every piece of equipment you could possibly need, and will 100% be coming here every year that I visit from now on! Do not listen to all the 1 star reviews!

Hardly ever cleaned - no paper towels ever, nothing is ever whipped down properly. Owner is very dodgy esp around holidays when a lot of visitors come in, usually won’t answer the phone. Very closed group in this gym , eat advice would be go up the street to cape fear fitness to not catch MRSA
