I see a lot of these reviews are older. Wish I had noticed that before setting foot in this establishment. I have been waiting over a week to get my tax return, met with Karen last week, sent her some itemized documents she requested within 24 hours of my appt. When I didn’t get any updates, I decided to shoot her an email 4 days out, no response, so figured I’d call today 8 days out to finally get an update. I had the absolute rudest conversation with both the receptionist and Karen regarding the status of my return. They were completely obnoxious making me feel like my asking for a status update was not acceptable . I am still not sure when my uncomplicated W2 return will be done. Will update if my experience improves. But still no answers.

Ive been going to them for a few years now. I was always made to feel my taxes were a pretty difficult undertaking, but the staff at elphs has made everything easy and painless for several years and always gets me the best results. 5 stars

Have been using Phyllis for over 15 years sent her my work over two weeks ago no response finally called today and they told me as busy as they were that maybe I should go to H&R Block but Phyllis seems to forget when she was small , it was a little people that kept her in business after she sat there and held my stuff for over two weeks I would suggest don’t use alpha counting

Mrs. Phyllis has helped us with our tax preparation for over ten years now. I own a small business and the thought of trying to do my taxes on my own is terrifying. We are always confident in Mrs. Phyllis and it's a huge relief to have her help us. We're so grateful for all that she has done for us over the years. We are so thankful for Elphs Accounting. Both Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Karen are both extremely knowledgeable! After having these ladies do our taxes over the past 5 years or so I won't go anywhere else! They are accessible and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need!
