About Blossman Gas
Blossman Gas receives mixed reviews from its customers. Some appreciate the prompt and excellent service, particularly when it comes to installing propane lines and providing reasonable prices for their work. The management, especially the branch manager, is noted for being willing to assist and rectify issues, which has improved customer satisfaction for some.
However, there are concerns about the customer service experience. Some customers describe interactions as rude or condescending, particularly when problems arise. A specific incident involved a misunderstanding about a propane fill that left a customer frustrated. Despite these issues, there are positive remarks about the company not engaging in price gouging and their policy of not filling tanks in the rain, which is seen as a customer-friendly approach.
Additionally, the staff, including individuals like Brian and Kristen, are highlighted for their helpfulness and knowledge, contributing to a generally positive experience for those who receive attentive service. Overall, Blossman Gas has both supporters and critics, reflecting a varied customer experience that depends largely on individual interactions with the staff.

We recently moved to the area and Blossman’s office staff was helpful to get our account set up and explaining their services. Chris, the service tech, was friendly and knowledgeable during the in-home inspection of our system and gas appliances and fireplace.

Chris M provided great customer service while serving our hot water heater and gas fireplace. He went above and beyond answering questions and giving details to what he found. Not to mention he was on time and ready to work as soon as he got to the house. Chris is a great example of how customer service should be. Thanks...
