Nice store but ordering your groceries online was a joke. Had to cancel our ordering after waiting 30 minutes past promised time they communicated to us. Screwed up our entire afternoon. Got the rest at Publix later.

Word store I’ve ever been to.!!!
Expect you to bag alllllll (full cart not a couple things) your groceries
and then proceed to rush you out of bagging to attend the next customer
Worst than Walmart !!!!!!
At least Walmart bags your stuff and has all lanes opened
Will be only shopping at Publix

Always love stopping at Lowes foods while on vacation each year. It’s such a fun experience and they have lots of wonderful options. It’s like a better version of Publix and Bucky‘s when it comes to their food. Their muffins are my favorite and I honestly wish I’d gotten more.

This is one of the best Lowes Foods in North Carolina. The customer service is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The food selection features a wide variety of domestic and international options. Prices are a bit higher than the typical average grocery store chains; but you can find some good deals in every department.

Grocery pickup is a joke. Literally sat for over an hour after the scheduled pickup time waiting. Management refuses to put enough people in the store to keep up. Dont waste your time for pickup you will be waiting hours if they ever get it ready

Ordered online and scheduled delivery for a 5-6pm time slot a week out. At 5:30 I called to check in as they usually call with a substitution item or two. I was informed they were behind and someone was shopping our order still. I offered to pick it up so it would be quicker. When I arrived at the store the shopper was still shopping. I waited…and waited…another 40 minutes went by and my order was still not completed. I asked them to pull the order and I would get the rest myself. Unacceptable. I shopped the remaining items, ran them through a checkout and was leaving the store after 7pm. When would this order have been delivered to our house?
Please know the young staff were very professional and were working their butt off, however they were overwhelmed with orders and should have had some manager attention. Do not provide a service you cannot manage.

Would never shop in that Lowes Food again. The lady in the deli department was probably the rudest, nastiest person I’ve dealt with. Don’t offer having a sandwich shop if you can’t make anything, then be completely nasty asking if you have anything besides white wraps because I’m super allergic to a ton of foods. Any other grocery store worker will go to the shelf and grab spinach or whole wheat wraps. tell me what’s the big deal just grab a premade wrap That’s already made it. Well because I’m super allergic and have major food, allergies it’s just her demeanor and how she thinks it’s acceptable to speak to a customer when I was being nothing but extremely polite.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The produce is organized beautifully. The ready-to-eat food, in the deli, looks delicious and is full of nutritious options.
