“Personalized service. I am 79 but for my age I'm pretty good with digital devices. I needed to print several copies of a critical legal document I had already generated on my digital device and really needed to get it right. There were obstacles that I just couldn't get right. Carlos R. and Elizabeth both assisted me. Due to my shortcomings it took us a little while.
