Although this office is small and needs a larger building; the employees there are great. They are willing to go out of their way to assist with anything you need. If something got messed up they are quick to try to correct. They are dealing with so much growth in the community it's hard to keep up. Be patient with them.

Since appointing a new postmaster and what appears to be new counter help, this post office has gotten much better. Just remember, they’re closed daily from 11-12 for lunch (lobby is open for PO Box holders.

Writing on Bolivia, NC post office service regarding packages that I SPEND my money on to be delivered to my post office box that we pay for, they don't arrive but tracking says delivered! I'm extremely disappointed with this staff! I try to be a good customer, greet them at the door, o have a ring camera, I've seen delivery person throw the package, then I open the door ask, how do u know what your delivering, isn't breakable? Her reply, she has bad knees, yada yada, well, leave on the step! I'm looking for a package from June 6, 2025, that says it was delivered, the bendor says it may have went to incorrect po box, what are we to do??!?!!.it's very frustrating!!! Everytime I order a package I'm praying that it'll actually be delivered correctly! Staff is obviously verwhelmed!! I was informed a gps is available on deliverys, I'm going to look into that...Its very frustrating, to NOT receive ar package that you ordered!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Never get my mail, my name is Brown and I get mail for people on Brown Rd. so maybe my mail goes to Brown Rd. Was waiting for 2 packages and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday, But the tracking says no access to delivery location, how can they not get to my house??? Gets worse every day!!! Someone should do something about this since they are getting paid for this service!!!

The Bolivia North Carolina post office has some of the most incompetent mail carriers I've ever seen. At my location I have numerously had packages that said they were delivered because they had to be delivered by a certain date but she didn't deliver them she tried to sneak them in the next day. Why is this place still open if it's so damn bad? I mean how many post offices get two out of five stars I wouldn't even give them 2
It's just ridiculous that I have to chase around after my mail and things I've ordered because they're too incompetent to deliver mail properly

Here we go again Christmas time and packages are getting to Bolivia PO AND THEN GET LOST what the hell have a cover porch rain in area and they leave package at steps LAZY AND STUPID PEOPLE!!!!! Good news for the usps Fedex is now as BAD AS USPS!!!!!!!

This is the last straw with hillbilly central post office. Put up with 10 yrs of no deliveries, lies , lazy staff and bumbling rude incompetence.Finally writing a review bc received a returned birthday card I mailed to Niagara Falls Ontario Canada.Ripped, torn and a sticker over the correct verified postal code.I even spelled out Canada knowing of their incompetence they might think any CA was California.An employee at post office should know Canada does not have same sequence zip code like USA.In addition Xmas of last yr they refused deliver kids presents from amazon to DCS across the street to Bolivia govt building!! Lazy bc they would have get out truck walk to front desk!We had drive 20 min , get pkgs and deliver wish list presents ourselves across street from post office.They never asked for ID , just gave us pkgs $$$which technically were mailed to Department of child services as DCS requested on their website.

I dont usually do reviews but this is like the 4th or 5th time I've expected a package to be delivered only to receive an email saying that my driveway or front door was inaccessible. Important things that I really needed to be delivered.

The people that work in the post office are rude af here. I’ve dealt with a man maybe 40-45 years old and he was arrogant and rude the entire time. He made it clear that I was inconveniencing him while I was in there and had a question about an address change. There is also a dark haired woman that works in there that’s rude, it’s the tone she uses while speaking, it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had a problem with the mail carriers, it’s just the people inside the post office. If you don’t like people you shouldn’t have a job that deals with the public period.

They've had to have a carrier come out here to correct mail issues several times. My neighbor's probably have several of my packages. They found 6 in different mailboxes and lockers, and it is still happening.

Hilary is the best counter worker this office has ever had. I used to avoid this office but not anymore. She is such a delight.
