I bought the rotating light up barbershop light and they shipped it to me. It doesn’t rotate and we exchanged emails where I was told they would ship me an exchange and when I had to press for it I was redirected to the manufacturer and then Alumni stopped responding to my requests for help. So I now have an expensive App State light. Disappointing considering how much I’ve spent there over the years.

With all the App gear stores in the area, it's hard to choose but this place has the best store experience, quality of merchandise, and super helpful staff. Highly recommend on any trip to Boone or when in need of App State merchandise!!
