Had two different sectionals delivered, one which fell off the truck and was damaged and the first one delivered at 9 PM at night, with a cracked frame. I tried to give them a chance and I feel I was very nice, but I would never buy anything from them again! It’s a shame the manager was even laughing when he was on the phone with me… I would go somewhere else! Very Discouraging especially when you ordered a Month ahead!!!

I have bought many items from the Boone NC store....a bed, stove, television and a weed eater! Every time I visit the store the stuff is very helpful, friendly and ready to assist me with anything I need! They make applying for credit quick and easy, It basically took me less than five minutes to get approved! They always help you find what you are looking for whether it's in the store or online....they always have a great clearance section in the back as well! I would Recommend Badcock Home Furniture to anyone, they have a variety of quality home furnishings, helpful, friendly staff and it's great to be able to furnish my home without spending thousands of dollars all at once, I can pay for my items in monthly installments!

Very happy with shopping experience today with Gilbert. No pressure, was there when we had questions, helpful with suggestions and looking up an item we wanted that wasn't in the showroom. We found a number of items we liked and expect the delivery and set-up process to go just as smoothly. First time at Badcock Home Furniture and most likely won't be the last, especially since we discovered they also sell appliances.

Great experience. The sales associate Emily was extremely helpful and knowledgeable the past few weeks and the delivery guys were equally great. Already loving the new recliner and sleeper sofa!

Great furniture! Amazing price. Tim, the manager went above and beyond. The delivery men had to deal with getting to us after 19 inches of snow and they were awesome! 110% satisfied!

paid in full for furniture even bought insurance. on 6-19-21 it was delivered. I was informed that one of the recliners were broken and in several places the stitching was torn. they offered me to replace it or discount it. but they decided that they would replace it and would contact me as soon as a replacement was available which shouldn't have been no time because their warehouse was full of the product that I purchased they assured me. Here I am with the broken furniture that's supposed to be a loaner and we're going into the new year!

We had never shopped for furniture at Badcock before, man were we surprised. The store is much larger than it looks from outside and the selection was great. "Bear" was our salesman and he was so patient as my wife and I waffled on our selections. We finally settled on a sofa and two Lay-z-Boy recliners which are awesome. We left the store feeling like we bought a quality product at a fair price, and "Bear" and Badcock would stand behind the product if we do encounter a problem down the road. The delivery and setup was excellent as well. So before you go to Hickory or Lenoir for furniture, check out your neighbors at Badcock. You might be pleasantly surprised like we were.

Well I must say I honestly can’t remember if I reviewed this place when purchasing a sofa and loveseat in October of 2020. The salesman was great, helpful, answered questions, and no pressure. Honestly would have been 5 stars.Flip forward to October 2021, having some issues with both pieces from being very uncomfortable now, motors slowing down, and they are making weird noises. Call the store speak with someone, said they would rather me go through store vs warranty people because it is an easier process and it’s only 4 days past the year mark, I just have to get my managers approval and we will call you back. No call, even waited and extra week as I know places are short staffed. Call availed, promised a call back. Still no call. Called again and spoke to someone else, he said he would leave note in managers desk and promised me a call back the next day. Haha still no call. So went by the store finally and was told he hadn’t heard a weird about it and I would have to call the warranty number. Cool. Could have done that a month and a half ago. So now after being sold on at point of sale “by this insurance, it covers everything, no hassle”. This is 100% false.Very disappointed in both product quality, and in the customer service received.

The manager, Tim, and the rest of the crew--Justin, Ronnie, Gary and Bear -- took great care of us. They are genuinely good, kind people who are focused on ensuring their customers are happy and satisfied. Not only that, they are experienced and competent at delivering furniture to your mountain home. We initially ordered from another company that is not local and they refused to drive their truck down our steep mountain road. I am glad that it worked out that way in the end, because we like the furniture we got from Badcock better anyway. This local business is your best bet for the high country!
