Big Lots is located in New Market Centre. The store is well laid out and clean, with a lot of decor and fake plants, though it can be a bit dirty in the corners. It is an easy store to get in and out of with great parking. Customers find everything from housewares and kitchen rugs to laundry detergent and mattresses. Experiences with staff vary, with some finding them friendly and helpful, while others feel they are not very friendly. Prices can seem higher than other locations, and there have been significant delays for furniture orders. Many customers are glad to shop there and plan to return for the selection and deals.
Store is typical of Big Lots…some good product at fair price but…it’s in disrepair and what irks me is the management doesn’t seem to care…a simple coat of paint in men’s room to cover up the nasty walls and graffiti…splash some stain on the nasty floor…
