My son goes to college in Boone and had problems with his car. I had him take it to Bill's and they looked at it and said it was nothing. He re-attached the part that was giving him issues and sent him on his way.
I cant tell you refreshing it was to have an honest mechanic to take care of my son. Well Done!

Extortionist staff members. I visited a friend from out of state and didn't know about visitor parking. They watched me get out of my car and walk to their porch and they stood around my car while I waited for my friend to open the door. The second I got inside they immediately started putting a boot on my car and never once just told me to move. It made me uncomfortable cause at first I thought I was about to be car jacked. The second I saw it I ran out and explained how I was living in PA so I didn't know about the parking here and why didn't they just tell me to move since they were actively watching me the whole time. They said since they already started the process of putting on the boot I would have to pay the $160 fee to get it taken off right then at that moment or they were leaving and I would have to figure it out. This was literally extortion. Which is illegal. And it makes me sick to my stomach that they do it to other people.

No one likes going to the mechanic unexpectedly, but everyone at Bill’s helped make a bad situation seem way less terrible. From the very first call to every single interaction we had, everyone was so nice. They were very thorough and made sure we understood everything every step of the way. Their pricing was also very reasonable for towing and for the service. Would never hesitate to call them for anything we need in the future.

Their trigger happy car towing makes this town a worse place to live in.
I was staying in town for a couple days at a friends place. They lost the guest pass, so I couldn’t park there because the lot was patrolled by bills garage. Every other parking lot in town is also patrolled by them, so I’m petty much forced to park and pray I don’t get towed. I was one of 5 cars in an otherwise empty lot, and I got towed and forced to pay $130 out of my very shallow pockets.
What else was I supposed to do? I pretty much had no choice but to risk getting towed. To think of how much money somebody is making off this makes me sick.

Reliable, towing service. My vehicles are always treated with care. A very Respectful company whose owners and employees are always kind and courteous. Couldn’t recommend a better company.
