Had an issue today with my husband's debit card going to Florida without us. Ms Linda at the bank was so helpful I guiding me who to call and getting the fraud resolved. She had us come in for new cards the same day- a service Capital offers that is a HUGE step up from any other time I've needed a new card and had to wait for 7-10 days. Overall today's experience has much improved my formerly negative feelings towards my bank.Revision 3/25/22: The bank has now decided we can’t have access to our money when we need it. There’s no reason a simple $60 purchase on an accredited website should have triggered a security review with nearly $2,000 in the account. We will be switching banks.

Horrible!!! Every time we come to get our money out they dont have it!!!!!!! They changed the hours so now we have cant make it there after work we have to wait till Saturday before 1 o'clock!!!!! Sooo many problems with this bank its ridiculous!!!
