i’d like to start by saying i never leave reviews on places. i have worked in the customer service industry for 5 years so i understand everyone has their days. but never have i been treated just as if i was scum on the bottom of their shoe. its actually ridiculous. and why is there always like 4 or 5 people working, and yet no one to be able to help you? i just see everyone stand around not doing anything but also are not willing to help you when you need it. when i was finally able to get a lady to help me at the register she was very rude to me. not a hey or a how you’re doing. as i said it’s okay if you’re having a bad day but at least give me something to work with. i went to purchase something you need an id for and i had forgotten mine at home.(which is totally on me) when i had told her to just cancel that purchase because i had forgotten my id, she just looked at me and went “sure you did” with the most disgusted look on her face. which i get that underage people pull that line a lot, but it still felt very demeaning to have it said to me when i had literally just forgotten it at home. she said nothing when i finished paying and the entire interaction she was just staring at me as if i was the most disgusting thing she had ever seen. anyways, this is my second or third time going inside this circle k and every single time i have gone in i have had some sort of interaction like this. im sticking to the one on bamboo rd. the people that work there at least treat me like im human.

They never seem to have my favorite flavor Monster. Otherwise, they are always nice and polite, and provide quick service. They also provide a clean store except for stocking day when there is usually some products sitting around staged for stocking.

There is a worker there named summer she's an absolute rude person and totally unprofessional she should be fired there's been multiple times they've been rude and disrespectful towards other customers and myself and all she does is sit in the chair behind the counter on her phone and demand the other workers around

The remodel for this store took quite a while and it looks great, all kinds of offerings now. And twice the amount of space inside as before. But I got to call out the fuq-tard that came up with the lay out inside. Right in front of the cash register there's a big fixed shelf. As I'm getting a soda, myself and the other 6 people trying to pay for stuff are all wandering around trying not to get in front of each other and form some sort of line but this big shelf display is in the way. This early in the morning no one's in the mood for your stupid layout; can we not just form a line so we're not all confused trying to purchase the morning caffeine?

Shoutout to Rocky, he was busting his tail keeping the store well maintained and clean. He actually seemed interested in talking to us as well as helping us get what we needed. Super nice guy, hope to see him every time I go here now! ?

Ah, when their is a cashier behind the counter that directs me to use the self checkout while she uses her phone… Machine reads my donuts wrong, she is annoyed that she has to ring me up, hassles me on my ID lol, and turns out you can bag your own things if ya want. I think I can do without the privilege of stopping here.

we walked in looking for slushies, slushy machine was broken so we walked around for a minute and then the lady behind the counter yelled at us, and told us to “buy something or get out” and said that we were acting suspicious, when we were just looking at the products.

That old woman who works there is a miserable person. She make you uncomfortable just with her presence. They just remodeled and it’s really nice, but I actively avoid this store because of her.

Older lady there needs some customer service training. I always go in and she never cracks a smile and always has a condescending tone toward me. She also stares at me when I come. Tonight I went in and she told me in the same tone “well, it’s getting to be about your bedtime” I’m 24? Definitely don’t like being talked down to at the gas station closest to me.
