The guy that I gave the keys back too was incredibly rude. I wasn't the one that pulled the truck into the drop off bay and I walked the keys into the office. He said "are u dropping off" to which I replied yes and he said "then why are u standing in there. There are two big signs that tell you what to do" the attitude he gave me was completely uncalled for especially considering I gave y'all my business. Won't be doing that again. There's a certain way to speak to customers and this man obviously didn't get the memo

Jennifer was delightful to deal with. She knows her business. She was both professional and pleasant. She hooked up the trailer for me and unhooked it upon my return. I'll rent from her again!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!Rented a U-Haul. For 24 HRS had a family emergency took my 3 yr old son to the hospital called the location and told them my rental will be back late and to charge for the extra Day. Woke up to a Call From AMBER! Threatening me that police will be called and I'll be in jail for stolen property, Simply because she didn't communicate with her own co-Workers, Not only did I have to deal with the stress of my family but I was being threatened the Cops would be called I'm a family man and Successful businessman, DONOT GO THERE HORRIBLE STAFF! Don't worry AMBER IS UNDER Disciplinary ACTION WITH CORPORATE!

I reserved a truck for tomorrow morning. Google directions place the address literally in the middle of an intersection, and on street-view, there's not even a sign for this place let anole a uhaul truck in sight. I've been trying to get in touch with them (currently on hold). My current call time is 53 minutes and counting. I've gotten through twice to customer service reps who've said they're connecting me with the location so I can get directions. Both times, they've instead added me back to the queue, and I have to keep repeating the process. At this point I'm expecting to have to move my belongings to the street tomorrow and sleep on the sidewalk. This is absolutely ridiculous.
