Every year I visit family in Boone for a month, and every time I join Crossfit Boone. Their training is relaxed but precise. You get as much from them as you ask for, so I encourage anyone who goes to show up, ask questions and be assertive. You'll get more than your money's worth!

CFB offers a friendly atmosphere while encouraging you to push yourself further, to be stronger, and go harder. I especially love the 6am class - a group of tenacious, humble people who are enthusiastic and inspiring in the effort they bring to class.
