Quick stop here for Tesla Supercharger, restrooms stops was decent and clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Tesla Supercharger at CVS parking lot with mountains view! A 12 stalls, including 1 accessible stall, up to 250kwh on CVS parking lot supercharger station in Boone. It's mentioned as 250kwh charging power, but actually really slow, couldn't keep up to 115kwh if more than 2 cars charging. After being a loyal CVS customer for the past 38 years in Florida, Nevada, Hawaii, Arizona, New York, North Carolina and a few I'm sure I forgot. It's done it's over. Last straw the nasty little blonde in the CVS pharmacy in Boone, NC talking under her breath to me today as I was walking away. Here we come Boone Drug

The corporation of CVS doesn't staff the pharmacy adequately enough to handle the volume of customers in Boone. This is most likely due to low wages.

Fast service, nice & helpful staff. Drive thru is most efficient and Victoria was so kind and quickly got my Rx ready so I didn't have to come back. I usually have to go to CVS 2-3 times just to get my Rx but only had to come once!

Unfortunately there was not a 0 stars for this review. Worst CVS ever. Pharmacist consistently late. Yesterday over 4 hours and pharmacy can't open without a pharmacist. This could potentially put customers in danger of not getting their medication. Recommendation...find another pharmacy.

I stopped to pick up much needed meds my doctor Electronically sent in. I receive a text stating one of them was ready and that they would be closed for lunch between 1:30-2 pm. I arrived at 4:55 to a note on the door stating the pharmacy wouldn’t be opened back up until 8 am the next day. This is highly unprofessional and can put some people in a medical crisis.

We had to get a prescription filled while out of town, and there was some wait time but we felt the 20 minutes was a fair time to wait. I enjoyed window shopping in the store while we waited. We also grabbed some tissues and considered buying some drinks (but we were only in town a couple days so decided against that). There's a very wide selection of sparkling water, soda, tea, etc.

Slowest pharmacy in town. Always unorganized and if you have more than one prescription they never have them ready at the same time. Last trip in after getting a text saying prescription was ready and making a special trip for time sensitive meds, I arrive and the pharmacy is closed. Employee said the pharmacist had something come up and had to leave and had no timeframe for when the pharmacy was going to reopen. I guess they only have one pharmacist. The drive thru will usually have 4 to 6 cars ahead of you and you should plan about a 30 minute wait. I'm going to switch to either Boone drug or Walgreens, or maybe one of the ones at Walmart or Publix and see if they're any better. Can't be any worse!

CVS in Boone is ridiculous they send you a text saying your prescription is ready you go to pick up your prescription it's not ready nor do they even know then they tell you you don't have any prescriptions ready to try and get someone to wait on you at the Boone CVS pharmacy department it's like going to DMV and standing in line for an hours The role back there staring at you while you're standing in line and no one comes to the counter and helps you when they finally do come to the counter they ask your information you have to repeat it many times because they're hard of hearing After telling them your information three different times and they tell you you have no prescriptions ready to be picked up then you show them the text that was sent by CVS and they look at you like you're from a different planet I'm supposed to pick up my meds all at one time but CVS keeps on sending me text messages telling me every other day I have meds ready I get somewhat faster service going through the drive-through at McDonald's As many associates behind the counter they all look busy when customers appear because none of them want to help you and when they do they have sarcastic attitudes against you like you've interrupted them from a lunch break

I have been on hold right now for an hour and 15 minutes. I was on hold earlier today for 45 minutes. No answers! I have been trying to get a prescrition filled there for over two weeks. They keep saying it will be on the truck and then it never gets done! Worst pharmacy to deal with ever!

Horrible horrible pharmacy don't go here everyone working at the pharmacy is a f****** idiot especially the guy with the white and black hair. They are rude, incompetent and have always messed up prescriptions and wasted time talking instead of helping customers. Horrible cvs location never would use it again and highly recommend never going to this location.

While I clearly understand there is a pandemic the level of service at drive through is woefully inadequate pretty much non functional. Two months ago I naively thought I would drive through to pick up prescription refill thinking it was helpful as the lines at pharmacy in store are typically long. Noticed as I drove up the 2nd car in line directly in front of me pulled out and sped away! Later after waiting in line almost 40 minutes and being pinned in by car behind me we were behind covid testing patient and that totally shuts cvs down. Truly they should tell non covid patients drive through is closed because that is actually what is happening. Did call to provide feedback and no one from cvs corporation was courteous enough to follow up. I have since transferred prescriptions to Walgreens and have very positive experience. Much staff turnover in front of store also something is wrong but management doesn't appear to care.

Avoid at all costs. Spent 90 MINUTES on hold today trying to update my insurance information so my prescription could be filled. Do these people not use their phone? A 90 minute wait is unacceptable for a health care facility - period - and especially one with competitors. I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.
