Traded in 2 vehicles and it took them 6 weeks to make the payoffs after 2 additional payments were made on the accounts for those same vehicles then also receive a lovely letter from the NCDOT stating that we are in violation because the tags have not been returned 8 weeks later and it looks like we don't have any insurance on these. Problem is the dealership kept the tags because we got a new one issued as weighted for a new truck and now they have the nerve to blame us for not getting the tags. I don't know about you but I don't go to a dealer with a screwdriver in my hand to remove tags and no one told me I needed to take the old ones with me so you figure they are taking care of it. NEVER AGAIN!!! Lack of communication, lack of professionalism, lack of respect, lack of accountability, lack of integrity. We buy cars very frequently and prefer Chevy and GMC over any other but will travel hours to any other before coming back to this place ever again!!

Got a call today from their body shop, saying my truck was ready to be picked up, after they had it over 3 weeks, and had originally told me 5-7 business days for repair. When I checked the work out, there were 2 spots by the taillight that had been buffed so hard that the primer was showing through. Also, there were 4 spots on the fender that looked like lint, or dried paint strands, in the paint, as though it had been painted outside. For the amount of time they had it, and the price, I expected a perfect job, and this was certainly the work of amateurs. About 3-4 years ago I took a van there to get body work and paint, and the job they did was excellent. I guess those people don't work there anymore. I refused to accept this quality of work, and now I'll probably be without my truck at least another 3 weeks. These people are pathetic, and I will NEVER use them again!

I received a recall notice for a problem with the passenger airbag on my 2012 Silverado but was told parts were not available. After a year I was told by Chevrolet corporate to contact my local dealer (Team) and after contacting them, had to wait 2 more weeks for an appointment. I mentioned that there was also a warning light I wanted them to also check at the appt. Today I took the vehicle in and waited 5 HOURS. The original warranty problem was not even addressed, and the tech supposedly spent the time looking for the source of the warning light (presumably because it might be a paid repair instead of warranty). This is a simple "plug and read" diagnosis. It does not take 5 hours. They were understaffed, operating inefficiently, and having trouble with computer software. With my day spent I had to leave with nothing done and had to reschedule. Considering not going back. The definition of a "soup-sandwich".

We walked into Team Chevy with the intention of buying a four wheel drive truck and they absolutely screwed us out of $31,000. Assigned Sales Agent Donna at entry we immediately made her aware that those were the two most important factors of us buying a vehicle (4 wheel drive & truck). After spending hours running our credit, looking through vehicles, and chatting us up she found what seemed to be our "perfect fit". A 2016 four wheel drive Chevy Colorado, with low mileage. The only problem was that it was at a different location and had to be driven up to Boone. If we were to put a non refundable deposit of $1500 down & sign a 5 year payment contract they would drive it up for us. No problem! It was our perfect fit! Of course we would buy it. All goes well until the day we need to use the 4 wheel drive we paid for. Turns out Team Chevy does not do their homework and sold us a 2 wheel drive vehicle. Immediately we call them and they tell us they would fix it. After 2 weeks they reach out and tell us they found us a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Great! They would right their wrong. Nope! The only way to get us into the vehicle we were promised was to trade in our truck. With that would be yet another hit to our credit, an $8,000 loss on our vehicle we've only had for a month and a completely new loan that was more than the original. Team Chevy is full of liars who have zero conscience. Do not purchase a vehicle from them, they will scam you.

Do not use this dealer after sale you are on your Owen my new car is sitting going on 6 days now because they didn't send in my paperwork to license branch and would not extend my paper plate. Do not buy from them you will be sorry

i don't know why this place has such bad reviews. the service is amazing, they are always available any day to do service to your car, they're always so nice to you, and their prices for parts and services are cheap compared to near all other dealerships/service businesses. 100% recommend

They sold a truck out of under me while I was doing paperwork to test drive. I had a appointment. The customer came in after I got there put a deposit on it while I was waiting on the key. This dealership has always had a bad reputation. I went to Everett Chevrolet in hickory 2k cheaper

We had a great experiences at Team Chevrolet! I highly recommend any sales associate they were all extremely helpful but I wanted to thank Tony Wyatt for the awesome customer service and staying 2 hours past closing just to make sure we could go home with with our 2016 Ford F-150! We love it!

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership’s service department to my worst enemy!! Service advisor, Larry, is rude & dismissive. He also made it VERY clear that the customer DOES NOT have a voice. After being blown off by him on Thursday (2/10/22) & Friday (2/11/22), I FINALLY received a text on Saturday (2/12/22) that my car, which had been towed to the dealership on 2/9/22, was scheduled for service that day. 3 hours after scheduled service, I still hadn’t heard anything so I replied to his text. He replied that my car was ready for pickup. HOWEVER MY CAR WAS NEVER SERVICED ON SATURDAY!!! Found that out Monday morning after sending an email to the customer relations manager, Kristine Ciancimino. She emailed me right back saying she’d be in touch soon to address my concerns. I’m still waiting but honestly, i’m not holding my breath. Larry called me within 5 minutes of that email being sent. Larry thinks it is acceptable to get loud and TALK OVER the customer!! He also put my last name in the system wrong and supposedly there were THREE customers with the same last name who had their car at the shop for service. Regardless of the last name, my phone number should NOT be associated with another car at the dealership so they should know which customer & vehicle is being discussed! Do they not train their employees on how to use their messaging system AND to verify in their system who you are texting to ensure you are giving someone the correct info? I can’t imagine that the 3 of us with the “same” last name had the exact same year, color, make & model car AND were there for the exact same reason. ? When my daughter picked up the car, she asked about the original paperwork regarding the warranty of the battery (that I was told they needed in order to honor the warranty so my daughter placed it in the drink holder of her car). They didn’t have it nor had they seen it. Umm how did you honor a battery warranty without the actual warranty? Bless their hearts.

Can't say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. High level of customer service, extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle, and the precision and efficiency at this dealership we will never forget. We worked with the service department to fix an issue ON Christmas Eve and they were a Christmas miracle for us. Highly recommend!

Don't buy pre-owned from here. They sold me a 2015 Silverado they didn't inspect. I responded to their offer of a free oil change and tire rotation, dropping off my truck at service. After an initial conversation with Steve the sales manager and service where I asked them to cover for the $1000 in service my truck needed, all problems that were present when they sold it to me, which they refused, I also left multiple message for Steve and the GM, Scott (2x with no call back.

I bought my car about 3 months ago and have yet to receive my registration! When asked I get the runaround about some paperwork was missing/lost. I was told that I can’t drive my car because it was illegal so have been carless because of their carelessness. Horrible experience and rude customer service trying to get this situated.

We were visiting the area from out of town and our check engine light came on. The staff were super helpful (on a Saturday morning after Thanksgiving, to boot!) and got us in right away. Not only did they help clarify that our vehicle was ok, but they also didn't charge us a penny. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially in what could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you!

These people lie, don't keep dates and fail to return phone calls, hang up on you...etc. I would never send anyone or any vehicle there. Take the time to drive off the mountain to Wilkes or Bristol or Johnson city. This dealership and their service department should be shut down for negligence and horrid customer service
