“Headed into the high country from Boone, this store was open and had alcohol and tobacco…there’s dry county’s and short hours sometimes in the mountains, so thankfully we found this store at the last minute❤️”

“The ladies that are working, the cashiers in Dollar General are extremely nice so what happened was basically there was a strange guy in the store. He was staring at us and me and my cousin of the ages of 15 and 16 were scared because you know and basically this guy was acting like he was on drugs in the store and stuff and waiting for us to come outside in his car staring at us so we told the Dollar General workers actually before we told them they came to us and said are you guys OK? THAT GUY seen a little weird and we were like oh my gosh thank you so much because like if you weren’t just expect someone to do that, but and then the guy was waiting for us outside, and they escorted us out practically to our home like the nicest workers I’ve ever encountered worth.”
