Had to go inside the bank to get a temporary debit card it is located in Boone North Carolina and mask are required to any indoor businesses because of the increase in the delta varient due to covid everyone had a mask own which was great it didn't take long to get my card the lady who helped me was very nice and asked me if I had anymore questions so I said no and had my card in about ten minutes they also have coffee free to customers

Hi I would like to tell about my experience with a employee of first national bank her name and I hope I'm getting her name correct Amisha Brown I called early one morning about a problem I had with online banking it being so early I thought it was going to be difficult but miss Amisha Brown made the experience very easy she was so helpful and patient fnb has a gem in her they need more people like her

Been with them since they were High Country Bank in a trailer in the New Market Center parking lot. It has gotten worse and worse lately until I’m finally done with them. Finding a new bank this week.

My debit card was expiring and I called to see when I would receive a new one. I was told that it had been mailed out the week before to a address that wasn’t mine. They also told me they would send another one to the correct address. When asked if I wanted it sent to my branch address to receive it faster, I agreed. It has now been 4 weeks and I still don’t have my card. It’s has cause me several problems because all my payments are automatically set for my old card. I’ve spoken with several people at FNB and they act like it’s no big deal. I’m moving my account because of this experience. I felt like a smaller bank would give good customer service but I was wrong. I do not recommend using First National Bank.

Rosetta Green is a fabulous bank manager!! We've banked with them for years (both Company and personal) and Rosetta has been wonderful to work with, she really takes care of us with a personal touch! I recommend highly!!

Service at this branch is just plain poor. In fact, in several experiences that I have had here it is basically non-existent. This was not the case at Newmarket, where I banked for 15 years prior. It's too bad.

What rude people, further it appears First National Bank, according to the folks working there, are no longer willing to give change unless you have an account there. Go the 1/4 mile further down the road to SECU, they're at least friendly.
