I have been shopping at this goodwill for several years but after my recent visit I’m contemplating ever going back. I witnessed a manager act completely out of line towards another employee. The employee seemed new and was seeming to have trouble with stocking selves when the store manager came out and berated him on the sales floor. It was horrible behavior and if I was in his position I would’ve left right then. She was disrespectful and talked down on him. This is not how you should treat employees ever, they are the backbone of this company and I hope this get resolved or investigated immediately

I worked at this pretty disgusting location for about 3 days. I do not get paid for the work I have done here. So I worked for free. This company is definitely not a good company to work for. Hopefully they get better management all together.

The new Store manager, Amy, is amazing and has done a great job organizing the products in the store and the employees motivation has seemed to improve. Great store with great management!

Just so you all know, the b manager lady is gone. Give the rest of the staff a break because I know they are doing the best they can and some customers can be very rude and entitled.

We all should look for a charity who does not have a CEO that makes $ 500,000 a year. They make it convenient to drop things off but some workers are rude and cynical. There are other charities in Boone who do more for our community. It’s worth the effort to drive down town or to Salvation Army.

This is the smaller of the goodwills in Boone. Well organized. No issues. Everything was clean. This is the smaller of the two goodwills in Boone.I didn't buy anything this trip. I just find goodwill to be more expensive than others.
