On our way camping in Seven Devils and my truck broke down on the side of 421 on the mountain just outside Boone. Hamptons was an absolute lifesaver. Within 30 minutes they arrived with two trucks, one to take the camper to our campsite and was patient as we leveled it and the other to tow the truck to the dealer. I cannot tell you how great they were.....they took a stressful situation and made it bearable. Highly recommend them.

We got towed (our fault totally) from asu. asu police directed us to Hamptons and we were in contact with someone almost immediately on labor day weekend. We had to have our car back that day, and even though they didnt open until tuesday they were able to accommodate and get us our car so we could get home (raleigh). they were so incredibly nice and they had the cutest little dog with them. they even told us about where we could park where we wouldnt get towed again and how to get parking at asu for next time. This was our first time getting towed but honestly it set our bar really high. Thanks to Hamptons body shop we are able to get home safely this weekend. Thank you so much Hamptons we love you!!

Had another car brush up against me in a parking lot, which created a decent scrape. I took it here and they immediately took care of me. They were able to just buff out the visible damage, and didn’t charge me anything. Very friendly and polite. Highly recommend

From the first call and with every follow-on communication, everyone at Hampton’s was incredibly professional, respectful, prompt, and courteous in their communications with me. They set clear expectations up front and performed to that standard throughout the entire process. Doug, who has 25 years experience, handled my more challenging recovery of a 14,000 pound track loader from a pond. He is without question a true rock star, extremely professional, super knowledgeable, and kind as can be.
I would not hesitate to call Hampton’s for any towing or recovery need - they are without a doubt the absolute best in our region.

My experience was first rate at Hampton's. I had an unfortunate encounter with a rock when I was trying to turn around on a narrow driveway. I took it to Hampton's the next Monday. Since we were going out of town the next day, we left the car at the Begora location, and Jeff Miller said he might be able to work it in while we were away for a few weeks. Apparently the stars aligned for that, and we picked it up today. The color match was perfect and we think the sensors are ok except for one we were having issues with before the accident. Hats off to Hampton's and especially Jeff Miller.

Wouldn't suggest for a true estimate they will try to evaluate older cars not by doing the job you ask them to do. Then tell its not of time, then complain when we go off the mountain for cheaper work they just didn't want to do. If I wanted a negative opinion of my car I should have asked what they drive. I was just asking for a job to be done. But, guess it's too much for this shop!

My husband needed a battery jump on our RV in the middle of nowhere with no cell signal. Our roadside assistance was terrible helping us find someone. I called another shop that was top of the Google but they were closed. They gave me Hampton’s name. He was WONDERFUL! Went right to my husband within 10 minutes, and was so easy going and jumped him and he was back on the road. So grateful for the Sunday help and appreciate you greatly!

The person that answered the phone said they were 10-15 minutes away, which was awesome. They showed up in half that time. Good work, quick work, fair price. I only pass through occasionally but I promise I saved their contact info.

Excellent!! I used the body shop service. They are very busy, so be sure you make an appointment. Once they got my car, they were fast and did an amazing job.

One of your idiot drivers cut me off on the interstate because they can't drive. Speeding in a lane that was about to end, merging into my lane making me slam on the breaks nearly running into me. In Statesville on I-77S at exit 49a-b. Then speeds well over the 45mph speed limit after he cut me off.

I got lucky when calling around for wrecker services, and apparently one of the fellers that I called just happened to be sitting down next to Forest who runs this outfit. He was able to come drag my truck out of some mud relatively quickly and for a reasonable price. I was very thankful I was able to get hooked up with these guys. I hope I don’t ever have to use a big rig wrecker service again, but if I do, I hope it’s these guys.

Jason picked up my motorcycle at about 7 one morning. He was careful of it and friendly to work with. Took about 45 minutes to arrive, which isn't bad for a tow, especially outside of business hours.
