I've tried calling 4 times today, all at different times between 9am-3:30, but no one answers the phone. Judging by other people's bad experiences, I will be using Enterprise instead.

I will NEVER use hertz again!!! hertz is HORRIBLE AND INDIFFERENT TO CUSTOMER'S NEEDS. I'd give them zero (0) stars but default is one. Hertz has given me horrible information about the logistics of my current rental (for my daughter). They gave me information at time of booking and again on a follow up call to double check the information I'd been given. I relied on the information hertz game me. When my daughter went to pick the car up, none of the information I had been provided hertz was honored hertz. Instead, they gave me a bunch of rules and caveats that hertz reps never mentioned during my 2 calls with them the previous day. This put my daughter at risk. Hertz doesn't care. Horrible company. Hertz is horrible. Never trust this company, especially when you're in a situation where trust is vital. hertz doesn't care about customers; they're disposable.

Emergency trip to Boone NC to being my son back to college. His car was staying with him, I needed to get back to Raleigh. Blake and Tanner were quick and helpful. I would use them first in the future, the best customer service ever for a rental.

DO NOT use hertz in Boone NC!!! The guy was very rude. we called a week in advance and they had to put us on standby because they were out of cars.. So we left with no car. Very disappointed and we will not be going back. Just go up the road to enterprise, They are wonderful and we were in and out in no time

Very disappointed. Reserved a rental 5 days in advance, received confirmation number and successfully checked-in. They called 16 hours before I was supposed to pick up and said I was on stand-by due to them not having any cars. Stranded an extra day in N. Carolina, still no cars. Went to Enterprise and they took great care of me. Never will use Hertz again!

I wouldn't spend my money here again. I arrived and there was no one at the counter only to not get an apology but be told that the server was late because of my car. I tried calling customer service they were pretty much useless. They couldn't get anyone else to come get me the car. So I had to wait while on a tight schedule.
